If you buy a license and it turns out not to be for you, tell us within fourteen days of the purchase and you get your money back. No forms, no justification needed.
How to request one
Email hello@byteglen.com from the address you bought with, or reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Include the order number if you have it handy. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. The refunded license key stops working.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This policy matches it, and we apply the same fourteen days to everyone, everywhere.
After fourteen days
Write to us anyway. If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, we would rather refund you than keep money for software that does not work for you.
